Transformers production           

The section of spooling of transformers lets to produce transformers and throttles of different characteristics on a NC machines. 

Metal-working manufacturing

Contemporary metal-working equipment allows to rebuild the production process operatively, meeting not only in-house needs, but executing orders of other organizations. Multifunctional CNC production center, laser cutting machine, bending machines is the basis. We have our own instrumental production and can produce instruments and equipment for the execution of the concrete order. 

Wiring production

We use contemporary soldering equipment and hand tools at wiring production. We execute works on printed, three-dimensional wiring of radio and electronic equipment, electrical boxes assemblage.

New technique design. Engineering support

The advanced development division of the company permanently studies statistical material obtained through exploitation of serial technique and manages advance of circuit design of devices, increasing reliability and extending potential of produced equipment. Many of serializable devices of our Company were designed in accordance with customers work specifications. Our specialists are ready to work out new device and prepare documentation for its production startup on the base of the tried and tested circuit design approach.

Stabilized power supplies, rectifiers, ballast resistors, surge protectors, different control and automatic systems were worked out by specialists of the LTD "PF" Constellation " (Trademark "Polygon") many times.

Service

Attention to our customers is the feature of the work of the Group of companies “POLIGON”. The customer service department is included into the firm organization structure.

The service engineer work begins from the consultation of a client. Our specialists often have to visit sites for the proper definition of the situation. Sometimes it’s necessary to use specialized recording equipment for the network characteristics round-the-clock observation. After the analysis of the situation recommendations of a problem solution are afforded. Engineers of the service centre connect devices at the site of the Customer else.

While producing the large number of equipment, the company takes care of the service and technique maintenance. The centre of repair of all equipment of the trademark “Poligon” in Saint-Petersburg and  Moscow keep now.
