Protection of the expensive equipment and machines on production

Option 1. Installation of a voltage stabilizer for protection of shop or the whole enterprise against problems of a power line.

Especially for the industrial enterprises and groups of shops we manufacture stabilizers Saturn a series 2000, with power up to 2 MW.

Stabilizers of this series represent the modular design which is built in a case. Thanks to this design decision it is possible to make easily transportation of the stabilizer disassembled on blocks and its assembly on an operation place. The easily replaced stabilizer knots many times simplify and accelerate repair process.

Proceeding from a wide experience of work together with production workers, we offer additional options of the stabilizer:

-production of the stabilizer of street execution with blocks of heating and ventilation for work in any weather conditions;

-remote control system and monitoring of the stabilizer;

-in case of installation on an unprotected site, production of the stabilizer in the anti-vandal case is possible;

-automatic Bypass.

Option 2. Connection of the stabilizer directly to the machine (equipment).

We recommend to apply the voltage stabilizers collected from three single-phase blocks to protection of small shops, one or several machines. Three-phase stabilizers of a series Saturn 1000 are issued with power up to 420 kVA, and differ in compactness, ease of installation and possibility of movement after installation. Stabilizers of this series are equipped with the convenient touch interface (single-phase with power from 70 kVA, three-phase - from 210 kVA).

For protection of the equipment against loss of one of phases in a three-phase network with a stabilizer the block of control of phases which disconnects loading in case of an emergency is shared and automatically connects it at normalization of power supply.
