History

2013 

New service center in the city of Yekaterinburg was found.

Relay limiting inrush current ROPT-20 for single-phase and three-phase networks was designed and started up.

Voltage stabilizers “Saturn” with the touch screen for management and indication of characteristics (single-phase, with the capacity of 70-210 kVa and three-phase, with the capacity of 210-420 kVa) were debuted.

2012

The voltage stabilizers “SATURN” line extended. Single-phase stabilizers with the capacity of 50-140 kVa, and three-phase stabilizers with the capacity of 150-420 kVa were designed.

Relay control motor start-up RKP-380 was designed and brought into circulation. 

Service centers for the repair of voltage stabilizers in Moscow, Chekhov, Voronezh were found.

2011

The production of the new series of up to 2 MW electromechanic stabilizers “Saturn”.

In 2011, limit relays power OM-16 and OM-400 were designed and brought into circulation for the single-phase and three-phase loads protection against unacceptable supply voltage variations.

2005-2007

In 2005, the group of companies “POLIGON” came to the market of medical technique. The model range of medical isolating transformers with additional options was designed and brought into batch production.

In 2005 – 2006 the Group of companies “POLIGON” continued collaborating with mobile operators. Several ranges of base stations electricity supply equipment were designed and supplied to the company “Beeline”, and the series of voltage stabilizers was supplied for the company “OJSK”.

In 2005 – 2006 the production of three-phase voltage stabilizers “Saturn” with the capacity up to 400 kVa was set up.

The new type of voltage stabilizers “Cascade” 5-20 kVa was brought into circulation.

In 2005 – 2007, the supplement of equipment for medical organizations to the republic of Belarus and the supplement of serieses of isolating transformers for OJSC "Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works" were executed. 

In 2005-2007 the Group of companies “POLIGON” executed direct supplies of powerful three-phase voltage stabilizers “Saturn” for feed of manufacturing systems, product lines, and technological equipment of Arsenal Machine-Building Plant Open JSC (Saint-Petersburg), JSK “Molot” (Vyatskie polyany), FSUE “Rosmorport” (Taganrog), petroleum company “Rosneft”. The delivery of feed systems “Cascade 12T Auto” for mobile systems of PA ELAZ. 

Since 2006 the Group of companies “POLIGON” has been acting properly in industrial cooperation.

The Group of companies “POLIGON” develops collaboration with the producer of medical diagnostic equipment, the Scientific-Research Production Company “Electron”. The work on the design and the production of feed sources for radiographs is in progress.

Due to the cooperation with the company “Eltek” the series of boxes 19’’ for the telecommunication equipment was brought into circulation. Orders for telecommunication equipment of mobile operators installing in produced boxes were gotten.

In 2007, new series of voltage stabilizers “Cascades” 70-120 kVa was designed.

In 2007, the Group of companies “POLIGON” activated its participation in Government tenders for the electrical equipment delivery.

The win in the Government tender for the delivery of voltage stabilizers for medical organizations of Kaliningrad Oblast.

2001-2004

In 2001, new equipment group for the protection of trunk – Quasar F -- was designed and brought to the circulation. The advanced design was the issue of the idea of a complex protection of a heavy current feed line and involved experience of the production and exploitation of trunk filters FSMT and systems Quasar-600.

In conjunction with the increase of issue of the production and continuous increasing of demand for the production, the need in the essential enlargement of the productive capability of the firm arose. An acute capacity need arose.

Leading topic of 2001 was the move of the company to new floors. Search of new equipment and specialists began.

In 2001, three-phases voltage stabilizers “Saturn” were delivered to Plesetsk launch site.

At the end of 2001, own metalworking production was kick-started.

In 2002, aspiring to broad the range of production, the Group of companies “POLIGON” worked out the production brand new for itself -- modular automatic devices (MVF-2М, RKF-3/1-М, RКN-2М, FS-16М, RV-200). It’s a group of devices, meant for the use in folded plate structures, allows creating various systems of single-phase and three-phase loads protection.

At the end of 2002 our Company won in the tender for the delivery of systems of electromagnetic interference oppression for the protection of control system of 4^th power unit of Leningrad NPP.

1998-2000

1998 – 1999. Participation in the government program of the equipment of cancer detection centers of Russia. Tens of three-phase electromechanical voltage stabilizers for the feed of accelerators SL 75-5-MT were produced by the order of NPK LUTS, the subdivision of the «D.V.Efremov Institute of Electrophysical Apparatus».

1999 -- the beginning of the long-term collaboration with lead mobile operators North West GSM CJSC and «DELTA TELECOM». Over eight years of the collaboration with Megafon CJSC many devices of different purpose were produced and the delivery of thousands units of equipment was executed.

In 2000, the firm activated the work on the creation of the dealer network in other regions, the dealers department was created. Now we have partners in the majority of big cities of Russia.

1994-1998

In 1995 – 1998, our company was actively involved into the design of technical meanings of the protection of electronic equipment against an electromagnetic interference. Two model ranges of filters were worked out:
- LC filters from 5А to 400А. «Rif», «Trek», «Politron», FSMT, FSTO;
- transformer filters TRT and TRO with a galvanic isolation.

To this day several thousands of filters successively protect computers of lead scientific centers, financial organizations, and big enterprises of Saint-Petersburg. Sine 1997 trunk filters FSMT successively protect the electric equipment of Leningrad NPP.   

In 1996 Research and Production Company “POLIGON” came to the market of voltage stabilizers. In 1996, voltage stabilizers “Cascade” were designed and brought into batch production. At the beginning of 1997 new serial models of electromechanical stabilizers “Saturn”, series 600, appeared.

At the beginning of 1996 the firm started the long-term joint project with CJSC “PetroElectroSbit” (LENENERGO).

For 1996-1997 the protection of local networks of seventy electrical energy payment acceptance outlets was realized. Due to the collaboration with CJSC “PetroElectroSbit” large statistical material on the work of electronic technique under the conditions of dirty power and of an effectiveness of different kinds of protection.  

In 1997, Research and Production Company “POLIGON” won in the tender for the delivery of powerful voltage stabilizers for the Central administration of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Leningrad oblast.

1993 г.

Research and Production Company “POLIGON” was found as a private enterprise in 1993. Since first days creators of the company denied the path of development, based on resale of technique, and decided to develop own production. 

In 1993, design and production of new devices without investments regarded as a forlorn hope. Despite of it, already in the autumn of 1993 picking of first production began. Since the beginning of the activity of the Company and till today specialists of the Company worked out hundreds and brought into the batch production tens of items of electronic equipment. .
