The pulse welding apparatus "Ozone"

Purpose

Professional welding machine of capacitance type with continuous operation cycle is designed for welding of copper-plated steel double-endbolts to steel sheets of arbitrary thickness from 0.5 mm and higher (without or with coating, with scarfing only of the welding place). Safety of the welding machine operation is ensured by the built-in system of protection against occurrence of hazardous for life voltage on the housing and collet chuck of the welding gun.

The welding machine ensures

–Quick and qualitative welding of copper-plated steel double-end bolts Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 and Ø6 to thin sheet metal without damage of the metal on opposite side in place of the welding.
– Digital control system checks all parameters of the machine operation and ensures stability of the welding parameters at under different conditions of work and at fluctuation of the power supply voltage. Main elements of control and digital indicator of the welding machine operation modes are arranged on the front panel.
