Shields automatic transfer AVR
Are intended for automatic switching of load of reserve input or diesel-generator installation in a case of loss of tension on the main input.
AVR can be executed as an independent product, and are integrated into structure of the main switchboard or floor switchboards. Extent of protection depending on service conditions from IP 20 to IP 54.
Descriptions of standard schemes of various options of AVR depending on number of inputs and sections of loadings are given below. All carried-out schemes have the mechanical and electronic blocking excluding short circuits on inputs.

Scheme 22. Feature of the scheme that food of each group of loading in the regular mode is carried out from the input. At accident of one of inputs all loading switches to working input.
Scheme 32. Loadings are divided into two groups. Respectively there are two networks of food. AV – a working network. SV – a network of the protected power supply. The vital groups of loadings (operational blocks, emergency, emergency and evacuation lighting, the security and fire alarm system, the lift equipment, etc.) are connected to the last. In case of accident on two inputs at once diesel-generator installation supports food only group of loadings of SV that allows to reduce the power of diesel-generator installation and respectively a cost considerably.
Development and production of the electronic equipment according to the specification of the Customer is possible.
Example: "AVR-160 case"
The board of automatic input of a reserve of AVR 160 is intended for distribution of electric energy and protection of consumers of food with automatic switching of loads of working input in case of shutdown of one of inputs.
The product represents an electrotechnical case. In a case electromechanical AVR according to the scheme two inputs – two loadings is mounted. In the regular mode each of loadings eats from the input (KM1 and KM2 are closed, KM3 is open). In case of loss or an exit of parameters of tension out of the set limits automatic switching of load of the next input is carried out. Control of input parameters of inputs is exercised by means of the relay of control of phases.
Shutdown of input happens at loss of one or more phases, a distortion of phases, violation of alternation of phases, excess or power failure on any of phases is higher or lower than the set limit. On front part of a door there is a LED indication of a condition of contactors and according to AVR board operating mode.
Input of cables of connection is carried out both via the top panel, and through a sealing cut in the lower panel. Control of parameters of switching of AVR is carried out directly on each relay of control of phases.
