The Registrar of current and voltage RTN-2

The registrar RTN-2 is intended for:

- voltage measurement and current in the three-phase alternating current main 220/380 V, 50 of Hz;
displays of the current indications of currents and tension in the three-phase alternating current main 220/380 V, 50 of Hz on the liquid crystal indicator;
- records in non-volatile memory of events (currents of an overload and tension going beyond the established thresholds) on any of phases in a three-phase network with a binding to real time;
- viewing of the events which are written down in non-volatile memory on the liquid crystal indicator;
- programming of parameters (top/lower thresholds of tension, value of current of an overload and face value of the transformer of current), installations of the current date.

Extent of protection of the IP 20 case according to the EN 60529/IEC 529 standard.
Entrance signals for the registrar are: directly tension of a three-phase network and the signal removed from secondary windings of three current transformers.
Power supply of the registrar is carried out from a controlled network.
Reserve power supply of the registrar is carried out from an internal element. If during operation there is a dumping of the determined time at switching off of power supply of a network, the element needs to be replaced.

The registrar provides programming of the following parameters:
  • U low – the lower threshold of tension – value, at which further decrease in the feeding tension is considered inadmissible and registers as event;
  • U top –the top threshold of tension – value, at which further the increase in the feeding tension is considered inadmissible and registers as event;
  • I top – the top threshold of current of loading – value, at which the further increase in current is considered inadmissible and registers as event;
  • I1 – passport value of primary current of the transformer of current;

Design of system

The registrar of current and tension of RTN-2 is executed in the case for installation on a DIN lath.
On the front panel of the block are:
  • two-lower case display (pict. 1, 1)
  • 4 buttons for management of working hours of registrar «-», «+», «Просм.», «Уст.» (pict. 1, 2).

In the lower part of the block there are screw terminal blocks for connection of the block.
For measurement of current in the registrar current sensors on effect of Hall are used. For voltage measurement the precision resistive are used dividers. Signals from sensors of current and tension arrive on microprocessor.
The microprocessor makes processing of signals of current and tension and operates operation of the timer, converter of tension of DC/DC and non-volatile memory according to the specialized program.
