By individual order of PKU "Sevzapupravtodor" Department of the advanced development group of companies "Polygon" has developed and produced six prototypes of three-phase stabilizers "Saturn": SNE-T-30 SH (SO) and SNE-T-50 SH (SO).
Stabilizers "Saturn" this series are designed to control street lighting on the roads of Federal significance. Using such stabilizers there is a connection of all light poles on highways.
Externally they differ from the other stabilizers. The system is designed as a cabinet, manufactured in stainless steel vandal-resistant housing that is not affected by reagents for use in the open air in macroclimatic areas with cold-temperate climate according to GOST 15150. Inside stabilizers established microclimatic environment for comfortable operation of the system with external temperatures ranging from minus 40°C to plus 40°C. Among the stabilizing functions can be distinguished smooth voltage regulation, control inrush currents of lamps, energy saving, that is the ability to control lighting power. Control on and off, as well as the intensity of illumination at night can be carried out by the internal high-frequency timer, or remotely from the control panel. In the event of an accident, the system alerts the control room about the accident and its causes , which ensures quick repair.
The stabilizers have successfully passed complex testing and acceptance by the experts PKU "Sevzapupravtodor" and received permission for use in street lighting systems for highways.
It was decided to start serial production of three-phase stabilizers "Saturn" SNE-T-XX SH (SO).
All six prototypes SNE-T-30 SH (SO), and SNE-T-50 SH (SO) delivered to the customer and already installed on the roads of the Leningrad region and Karelia.
