Post of remote control PDK-02

Maximum concentration limits establish directly in a zone of work of the personnel. It is connected by the 4th vein cable, up to 150 meters long. It is possible to connect to each transformer to 4 posts for continuous monitoring by the person. The post of remote control has the LED indicator of percent of the connected loading.

Algorithm of PDK-02 of work of a post

• The green light-emitting diode "NETWORK" burns in the presence of output tension on the transformer.
• The green light-emitting diode "ISOLATION IN NORMA" burns at isolation level more than 50 kOhm.
• At decrease in level of isolation less than 50 kOhm fades away the green indicator "ISOLATION IN NORMA" and the yellow light-emitting diode "ISOLATION VIOLATION" with the faltering sound alarm system starts blinking. At restoration of level of isolation automatic return to an operating mode.
• At a transformer overheat (temperature more than 75 °C) the red light-emitting diode "the TRANSFORMER OVERHEAT" with the sound alarm system starts blinking. At decrease in temperature (less than 65 °C) – automatic return to an operating mode.
• The three-digit indicator "CONTROL of LOADING" specifies loading percentage of nominal, with an accuracy not less than 5%. At excess of 101% of loading the indicator continues to reflect loading size, but thus figures blink with the sound alarm system. At decrease in loading 100% are lower; automatic return to an operating mode.
• The mode of switching off of a sound signal works before the termination of the worked emergency operation. However if the sound was switched off at an exit of one of parameters out of norm limits, at a simultaneous exit out of limits of other parameter joins again.
• The TEST/DUMPING button remotely checks serviceability of the monitoring system of isolation.
• The OFF button switches-off the sound alarm system of a post of remote control.

PDK-02 it is executed in the plastic case with extent of protection of IP 54 with the front management information panel on the basis of the film keyboard that allows processing by sanitary solutions.

PDK-02 (VS) it is executed in the metal case which is built in a wall with the front management information panel which can be processed sanitary solutions. On the back on a contour of the front panel the rubber sealant which provides extent of protection of IP 54 between a wall and the front panel is established.

Post of remote control and alarm system PDKS it is intended for connection to the tire of data transmission of the isolation control block (ICB) in dividing transformers of the TPO and TPT series and the alarm system by means of "dry" contacts about a condition of isolation of an output chain, temperature of transformers and power of loading.
