AVR-1/1
Purpose
The device of automatic input of a reserve with microprocessor management of "ABP-1/1" is intended for control of tension on a single-phase entrance, and controls of the petrol single-phase generator, switching of loading by means of the external actuation mechanism.
Construstion
- The ABP-1/1 block is executed in the case for installation on a DIN lath or the assembly panel.
- On the forward panel of the block indicators of a condition of a network, operation of the generator and indicators of a condition of the relay.
- In the lower part of the block there are terminal blocks for connection of the block.
- Power supply of the block is carried out from the generator accumulator.

Preparation for operation and operation
Before the beginning operation needs to study the maintenance instruction of the ABP-1/1 block.
To install the block in electroboard and to make connection of a controlled network and exit of the generator, chains of management and the alarm system according to the table, N – a neutral (the general for main and reserve inputs); Kn-2 – Kn-4 can be replaced with crossing points has to be established at installation of the device the Section of the connected wires not less than 1,0 mm2 .
To make connection at the de-energized inputs of a network and the switched-off generator!
It is forbidden to open the block which is energized networks.
Work of block AVR-1/1
To turn on a network on the 1st to input. To check operation of the block on light-emitting diodes.
At a network tension, corresponding to the set parameters, contacts 5-6 have to be closed and the light-emitting diode "Curcuit" is turn on.
At the short-term pressing of the Dumping Mistake/TEST button there is a dumping of an error of start of the generator, by pressing the button more than 5 seconds, test start of the generator will be made without connection of loading.
If in operating time on the 1st input there will be an accident (loss of a phase, break of a neutral or discrepancy of tension to preset values), will occur respectively shutdown of contacts 5-6, attempt of start of the generator will also be made, at successful start, after warming up of the generator (time of warming up depends on the mode "SUMMER/WINTER"), contacts 7-8 blocks will be closed. At normalization of tension networks on the 1st input in 8 seconds will be opened contacts 7-8, and through 2 seconds are closed contacts 5-6. The generator will work 50 more seconds for cooling.
