AVR-3/3
Purpose
Automatic input of a reserve of ABP-3/3 is intended for control of tension by means of the microprocessor on two independent three-phase inputs and switchings of three-phase loading at emergence of accident from the main input on reserve by means of the external actuation mechanism.
Construstion
– The ABP-3/3 block is executed in the case for installation on a DIN lath.
– On the forward panel of the block there are handles of regulators of installation of an operating mode of the relay and indicators of a condition of a network.
– In the top and lower part of the block there are terminal blocks for connection of the block. Power supply of the block is carried out from the phase L1 "INPUT 1" (the main input) and from the phase L1 "INPUT 2" (reserve input).

Preparation for operation and operation
Before operation it is necessary to study the maintenance instruction of the block АВР–3/3.
To install the block in an electroboard on a DIN lath.
To make connection of a controlled network of the main and reserve input, chains of management and the alarm system according to marking: L1, L2, L3 "INPUT 1" – phases of the main input; L1, L2, L3 "INPUT 2" – phases of reserve input; N – a neutral (the general for the main and reserve inputs); COM – the switching contact; NO – normally opened contact; NC – normally closed contact - for the P1 and P2 relay. Section of the connected wires has to be not less than 1,0 mm. kV.
To expose necessary parameters of a controlled network.
To make connection at the de-energized inputs of a network!
It is forbidden to open the block which is energized networks.
Operation of the ABP-3/3 block
To include a three-phase network on the main and reserve input. To check operation of the block on light-emitting diodes.
With a rated voltage of a network light-emitting diodes of L1, L2, L3 - "Have to be included INPUT 1"; L1, L2, L3 - "INPUT 2"; contacts of COM-NO of the P1 relay are closed and the light-emitting diode of "P1" is included.
If at connection of a controlled network the order of alternation of phases on input "INPUT 1" or "LINE 2" was broken, there is a blinking of the corresponding light-emitting diodes of "L2", "L3". It is necessary to disconnect a network, to make change of phases and repeatedly to include a network.
If on any of input phases "INPUT 1" tension is more threshold of "Uv" (230-270 V) or less threshold of "Un" (150-200 V): - the light-emitting diode "& gt will join; U" or "& lt; U"; the input L1, L2, L3 corresponding a light-emitting diode "INPUT 1" will be disconnected; the P1 relay and a light-emitting diode of "P1" will be switched-off with a temporary delay of "totkl (c)", thus, if on input "INPUT 2", tension in norm, joins with a temporary delay of "trez (c)" the P2 relay and a light-emitting diode of "P2". At normalization of tension of a network on input "LINE 1", through time of "tvozvr (m)", operation of the block - on 5.2.
