Welcome to the technical seminar, which will be held 20th of April in St/ Petersburg. It's theme is: "Actual issues of electrical engineering. Emergency power supply. Earthing systems".
Topics of the seminar:
1. The general principles of construction of the power plant. The first category, a special group.
2.Separation loads.
3."Small" and "large" installation.
4. Emergency sources of power. DSU. UPS. Compatibility issues.
5. Automatic entry reserve. Types of ABP. Operation and maintainability.
6. Working and protective earth. Equipotential bonding. Additional potential equalization. Definitions and practical schemes.
7. The principle of building a network with isolated neutral.
8. Isolating transformers. Areas of use.
9. The earth leakage currents in the IT-Nets. Electrical Problems.
10. Reactive power compensation.
11. Use of an RCD in the electrical installations.
12. Features and problems connecting computer systems related to food.
13. Connecting the powerful dedicated loads.
14. Drift potential and stray currents.
15.Design features medical prophylactic institutions (MPI).
16. Certification of equipment and "unscrupulous vendors."
