Systems of protection of loading

At accident of a network and increase (decrease) of phase tension at the voltage stabilizer exit more (less) than 242 (176) B, there is a shutdown of loading. Inclusion of loading is made automatically after normalization of output tension.
All models of voltage stabilizers have electronic protection against short circuit and protection against an overload.
On all models varistors for protection against powerful pulse hindrances are installed. Varistors protect loading from the high-voltage emissions caused by lightning discharges, transition processes in a network, the welding equipment, transport etc.

Design

single-phase voltage stabilizers "Cascade" 4–20 have the general construct for installation on a floor and differ in the rated power and ranges of correction of tension;
connection to a network and loading to be made through the terminal clips located under the top panel of the stabilizer;
inclusion of loading and its electronic protection is carried out by means of the magnetic actuator (relay) and the corresponding scheme of management;
on the front panel there are indicators "NETWORK", "PROTECTION", "OVERLOAD" intended for control and the alarm system about working hours of system;
Case elements are made of metal and painted by a wearproof polymeric covering. Color gray RAL 7035.
Operation is made in the heated rooms at ambient temperature from +1 to +35 °C and relative humidity to 80% (at +25 °C).

Street execution

On request of the customer the CASCADE stabilizer can be installed in a case for external installation.
During the work of the equipment in various climatic conditions if necessary, in a case the heating conditioning module allowing to operate the equipment in the range of temperatures from-40 of 0C up to +40 0C is installed, thus the product is established on a socle 200 mm high.
