Three-phase voltage stabilizers automatically support phase voltage of 380 V at the set level; are used only in a three-phase network or in the presence at least one three-phase consumer of the electric power. Power of such devices – from 12 to 2000 kVA.
Application within one network of single-phase and three-phase devices at the same time is admissible. They are intended for use in country houses or at the commercial enterprises of the small sizes (beauty shops, stomatology, small shops, etc.).
Usually three-phase stabilizers represent a design from three single-phase blocks connected among themselves. Calculation of power of the stabilizer
The stabilizer is chosen proceeding from necessary power.
Necessary power of the device which is better for taking at least with a small stock is very important. Necessary power of the stabilizer pays off as the sum of the capacities of the equipment connected to this network.
For selection of the stabilizer it is necessary to know the full power consumption, that is the sum of jet and active capacities. Full capacity (kVA) will always be more than active power (kW). For example, if you need to protect the equipment on 20 kW, the stabilizer needs to be chosen on 25 kVA.
